数据从本地postgresql10转到服务器postgresql9
1、利用cmd的cd和dir命令，进入到postgresql10的bin目录，并红色框中的命令
3、登陆网上服务器postgresql9，并新建数据库cfwj_product。
5、点击运行后，可以查看到下面显示，并且cfwj_product中显示有需要的数据
